Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be erased from our systems. This action cannot be reversed once confirmed.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Healzy account directly from within the app at any time — no emails or waiting required.
Open the Healzy app on your device
Tap the Profile icon or go to Settings
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Read the confirmation prompt carefully
Tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently delete your account
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:
- Your name, email address, and date of birth
- All conversation history and health queries
- Uploaded documents, scans, and prescriptions
- Voice recordings and audio history
- Your account credentials and login data
- Device information and usage logs
- All AI-generated health summaries and insights
Some anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate usage data may be retained as required by applicable law. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Deletion Timeline
Once you confirm account deletion in the app, your data is queued for immediate removal. Complete deletion from all systems and backups is completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
