1. Who We Are
Healzy is a voice and text-based health information app made by NTimes LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, built to help people access general health information — not to replace doctors, diagnoses, or medical care.

2. What Information We Collect
• Your name, email address, and date of birth
• Voice recordings of your health questions
• Text messages you type into the app
• Health documents you upload or scan
• Device type, OS, app version, and usage data
• IP address (to verify US access only)
• Precise GPS location while actively using the app
3. How We Use It
To provide the service, respond to your questions, process your documents, verify US access, and maintain app security. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build marketing profiles.
4. Who We Share It With
We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the app. All providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers.
5. Your Health Documents
Personal identifiers are automatically removed before your document is used for context. The original is deleted once processing is complete. When you delete your account, your documents are deleted.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time via app settings or [email protected]. We respond within 45 days. California and New Jersey residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA and NJDPA respectively.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Deleting your account removes your personal data.
9. Breach Notification
If a breach occurs, we will notify you and the FTC as required by the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule.
10. Children
Healzy is for users 18 and older. Contact [email protected] if you believe a minor has used the app.
11. US Only
Healzy is available in the United States only.
12. AI Responses
AI responses may be incorrect or incomplete. They are not medical advice. No doctor-patient relationship is created by using this app. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional.
13. Cookies
The mobile app does not use cookies. Web access may use essential session cookies only.
14. Changes
We will notify you of policy changes via in-app notification and email for significant changes.
